RSCL Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Recipient: All payments made for the Rising Star, Cricket League (RSCL) are processed by PRP CRICKET.
Non-Refundable Policy: Please be advised that the Rising Stars, Cricket League (RSCL) maintains a strict Non-Refundable Payment Policy.
No Cancellations: Once a player has registered and the payment is processed, cancellation of the registration is not permitted.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds of any value at any stage of the selection or league matches.
Uniform Application: This policy applies equally and strictly to every player, regardless of the reason for withdrawal or inability to participate (including injury, personal reasons, or scheduling conflicts).
By proceeding with the payment, the player/guardian acknowledges and accepts that the fee is final and non-refundable.
The RSCL policy is very strict and follows a “Zero Refund” approach:
Strictly Non-Refundable: Once the fee is paid, it cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
Uniformity: The league applies this rule to every player without exception to maintain “integrity and equality.”
Resource Allocation: They justify the policy by stating that funds are immediately invested into organizing trials, booking venues, and arranging equipment.
No Exceptions for Personal Issues: Whether it is a medical emergency, injury, or educational conflict, the payment is considered final and forfeited if you don’t attend.
Medical Issues: Absences due to illness or physical injury.
Disqualification: Removal from the league due to disciplinary issues or code of conduct violations.
No Cancellations :-
Cancellation of registration is not an option at RSCL. Because the league incurs immediate administrative costs, venue booking fees, and equipment expenses upon your registration, we cannot offer a cancellation window.
Force Majeure (Weather & Unforeseen Events) In the event of matches being delayed or canceled due to rain, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, RSCL will attempt to reschedule. However, no refunds will be issued for such disruptions.
Equal Treatment To maintain the integrity of our organization and fairness to all players, this policy is applied strictly and equally. No exceptions will be made for individual cases to ensure an equitable approach for every registered participant.
